Descriptions
- Manage and maintain accurate financial and accounting records of the company.
- Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and comply with accounting standards.
- Monitor company cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Coordinate with related divisions regarding financial data, budgeting, and expense reports.
Job Responsibilities
- Input and update daily financial transactions into the accounting system.
- Prepare periodic financial reports (balance sheet, profit & loss, cash flow).
- Conduct bank reconciliation and verify supporting financial documents (invoices, receipts, tax invoices).
- Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) tracking and follow-ups.
- Assist in calculating, preparing, and reporting monthly/annual company taxes.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial audit processes.
- Assist in the budget preparation and variance analysis.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree (D3/S1) in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Experience in accounting or finance roles is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table), and familiar with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero).
- Good knowledge of basic accounting principles, financial statements, and Indonesian tax regulations (Brevet A/B is a plus).
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and responsible with strong numerical skills.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
