Descriptions
- Identify, analyze, and provide problem solving for application-related issues.
- Perform application testing, identify bugs, and provide guidance to users.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for application issues experienced by users.
- Coordinate with the development team for system improvements and bug fixing.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle user issues related to applications.
- Analyze system errors and bugs.
- Assist in application implementation, testing, and maintenance.
- Monitor application performance to ensure systems run properly.
- Create reports and documentation related to application support.
- Provide training or guidance to users regarding application usage.
Qualifications
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK)/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position is preferred.
- Basic understanding of SQL and application troubleshooting.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic English proficiency.
- Willing to work in shifts.
