This feature allows employees to manage and access personal information as well as employee information in an organized manner.

E-Learning

With this feature, employees can do exams, practice, read and watch material videos using only their mobile phones. This feature also allows automatic creation of exam certificates.

Attendance Management

This feature allows employees to take absences with just a selfie using a mobile phone. This feature also allows employees to view logs and summary of their attendance.

Leave Management

This feature allows employees to input leave with their mobile phones and employees can view leave information such as leave rights, remaining leave, leave taken and others.

Payslip

With this feature, employees can view payslip information which can be sent automatically to the registered email.

With this feature, employees can report problems or issues that are reported and arranged in an orderly and organized manner where the problem will be processed by the HR team.

    Job Descriptions:
  • Design, develop ASP.NET and Android
  • Analyze code and fix bugs
  • Finish any taken project in required deadline
  • Enhance application using current technology
  • Requirements:
  • Graduated (D3/S1/S2) from reputable university in Computer Science, IT, or related
  • At least 1 year of experience with ASP.NET using jQuery or any javascript frameworks
  • At least 1 year of experience with Android Studio frameworks
  • Understand Object-Oriented Programming concept
  • Strong analytic and problem solving
  • Able to write a well-organized, neat and efficient code
  • Familiar with some latest technology or frameworks
  • Familiar using components like DevExpress, Ext.NET, Telerik, etc
  • Can design a good and elegant web page by combining CSS/HTML/Javascript
  • Deep understand SQL database concept
  • Highly committed to project, good-attitude is a must

IT Support


    Job Descriptions:
  • Monitor & maintain computer systems and networks
  • Diagnose hardware and software faults
  • Requirements:
  • Minimun SMU/SMK in Information Technology
  • Required skills : Computer and Network troubleshooting, basic network, mikrotik
  • Familiar with Windows Server, Linux, and Active Directory/LDAP
  • Strong analytic and problem solving skills
  • Highly motivated, proactive and innovative
  • Able to work independently as well as a team
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Optional:
  • Experience in handling large scale network is a huge plus

Business Analyst


    Job Descriptions:
  • Identify, analyze, and develop business requirements for applications
  • Testing application, find bugs, teaching users, and professionally manage project deadline
  • Create detailed documentations of all handled projects
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum SMU or D1 in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, or related
  • At least 1 year of working experience in same position
  • Basic English language capability
  • Strong communication skill orally and in writing
  • Strong analytic and problem solving skills
  • Excellent at documentation using Word, Excel, Visio (You will need to show some of your past documentation works)
  • Optional:
  • Understand VB.NET/C#, SQL Command is a plus
  • Can manage project independently is a plus
  • Can troubleshoot network problem is a plus
